Cinematographer

Camera Operator with over a decade of professional experience in film and media production, specializing in visual storytelling across narrative, commercial, documentary, and branded content. Combining technical expertise with a strong creative eye, I am passionate about crafting compelling imagery that supports story and emotion on screen.

Known for a collaborative approach and strong understanding of camera systems, lighting, and composition, I am committed to delivering high-quality cinematic work while contributing to the film community in Ottawa.

I am a visual storyteller who bridges the gap between raw footage and cinematic spectacle. I specialize in post-production and dynamic aerial cinematography. A graduate of Algonquin College’s Film and Media Production program, I have worked on multiple film sets in a variety of departments. My unique hybrid skillset allows me to elevate any production.

I combine technical precision with bold creative vision to help directors and brands tell their most compelling stories. Let’s take your project to new heights!

Adam Testa was nominated for Best Cinematography at the 2023 Thrills and Chills Film Awards for, The Wood. While Emma Bobrovskis edited the music video, Lone Madness by Alkaline, which has surpassed 14 million views on YouTube.

Together, they combine creative vision and technical precision to deliver work that connects and performs.

Film | Television

Adam and Emma are an Ottawa-based filmmaker team with a combined 60+ film and television credits in production and cinematography. Their work spans narrative films, TV movies, and commercials seen on Netflix, Prime Video, Roku, Hallmark, and Lifetime.

They are known for delivering strong visual storytelling and professional, cinematic work across both independent and studio productions.

Awards Through The Years

TVO Kids Choice Award

In 2014 Emma and her classmates won a TVO Kids Choice Award at the Toronto International Film Festival for an animation project they submitted. Emma acted as director and key animator resulting in accepting the award on live television with some of her teammates and fellow collaborators.

During Adam's final semester of Algonquin College's Film and Media Production program he took home the prestigious Mercury Filmworks Kevin Kovar Editing Award. He accepted this honor in front of his family, professors and peers during the premiere of his thesis film and directorial debut, Act Natural.
